Refund Policy

SharperTrades, LLC is committed to providing high-quality educational content, training, and services. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be requested and granted for purchases made through SharperTrades websites, products, memberships, courses, and services.

General Refund Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, customers may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original purchase date.

Refund requests must be submitted through our Contact page or designated support channel before the applicable refund period expires.

Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of SharperTrades in accordance with this Policy and any additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Higher-Priced Programs and Special Offers

Certain premium courses, coaching programs, workshops, events, or specialized educational services may be subject to a shorter refund period, including a seven (7) calendar day refund window.

Any product or service subject to a shortened refund period will be clearly identified on the applicable sales page, checkout page, order form, or enrollment agreement prior to purchase.

Promotional Pricing and Discounted Purchases

Purchases made using promotional pricing, introductory offers, coupon codes, limited-time discounts, special event pricing, beta program pricing, or similar promotional incentives are final and non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Memberships and Recurring Subscriptions

If you purchase a recurring subscription or membership, you may cancel future renewals at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund of charges already processed.

Refund eligibility for an initial subscription purchase remains subject to the applicable refund period described above unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Installment Plans

For purchases made through installment payment plans, any approved refund will be calculated based on the amount paid to date and the terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

SharperTrades reserves the right to cancel remaining scheduled installment payments when a refund is approved.

Non-Refundable Fees

Approved refunds apply only to amounts paid directly to SharperTrades.

Payment processing fees, transaction fees, currency conversion fees, bank charges, chargeback fees, and similar fees imposed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe, PayPal, or financial institutions, are non-refundable to the extent such amounts are not recoverable by SharperTrades.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact SharperTrades before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, SharperTrades reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to products, services, memberships, courses, or accounts associated with the disputed transaction while the matter is under review.

Digital Products and Immediate Access

Many SharperTrades products and services provide immediate access to digital educational materials, videos, downloads, research, tools, communities, or other content.

Receipt of such access does not automatically eliminate refund eligibility during the applicable refund period unless otherwise disclosed at the time of purchase.

Educational Purpose

SharperTrades provides educational content, training, tools, and learning resources. Refund eligibility is not based on trading performance, investment results, profitability, market conditions, or any financial outcome experienced by a customer.

No refund will be granted solely because a customer did not achieve a desired trading, investing, or financial result.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact SharperTrades through the Contact page and provide:

• Your full name;
• The email address associated with your purchase;
• The product or service purchased;
• The purchase date; and
• The reason for your request. (optional)

SharperTrades may request additional information necessary to verify the purchase and evaluate the request.

Changes to This Policy

SharperTrades reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting the updated policy on the applicable website.
